Τα βραβεία αυτά είναι ετήσια και βραβεύουν τα καλύτερα τραγουδια και καλιτέχνες απ'όλο τον κόσμο και από την Γαλλία. Τα βραβεία είναι χωρισμένα σε δύο κατηγορίες, διεθνή και εθνικά, που στην προκειμένη είναι τα Γαλλικά. Οι νικητές πάνω κάτω οι αναμενόμενοι Rihanna, Lady GaGa, Black Eyed Peas...
